As one of Bali’s most opulent dining restaurants, Apéritif Bar & Restaurant welcomes patrons into its grand 1920s-inspired restaurant, nestled between green rice fields and the majestic Ubud River Valley. It is an exquisite venue, matched by the quality and finesse of its cuisine, overseen by Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken.

Patrons are usually served a menu of global flavors with Indonesian influences, a testament to Chef Nic’s own culinary experience. On the 2nd May Apéritif will host the origins of fine dining: French haute cuisine.

chef Arnald Dunand Sauthier from the mountains of Savoy, Gaul. Before starting his restaurant, chef Arnaud was obsessed with Bangkok’s famous writer Normandy of 2012, where He earned his first two-Michelin stars in the first edition of the Michelin Guide Bangkok in 2017 – the stars he kept until his exit.

Now in his restaurant; Dunand House, chef Arnaldi presents a more than personal menu, one that pays homage to the mountain cuisine of his home in the Savoy region. His dishes warm and bring the soul of the French to dinner, and they follow the temporary events with respect to the surrounding terror.

Joining us for a special dinner at the Apéritif Restaurant, they will be able to taste some of Chef Arnaldi’s exquisite creations through 7-menu of course waste featuring premium ingredients like Pertuous Asparagus, Armorica Britannica, and Kaluga Caviar. An aperitif is always designed to add to the experience, by combining drinks and canapés with classic European traditions.
