The students of Escoffier Indonesia have announced the highly anticipated annual Gala Dinner of the Bali Chapter. This year an exclusive Epicurean Gala Dinner (Le Diner d’Epicure) was organized at the Ubud institution, Restaurant Mozaic Gastronomique.
