The students of Escoffier Indonesia have announced the highly anticipated annual Gala Dinner of the Bali Chapter. This year an exclusive Epicurean Gala Dinner (Le Diner d’Epicure) was organized at the Ubud institution, Restaurant Mozaic Gastronomique.
Proceedings to be held on Friday, 5th May 2023 from 5.30pmevent, he will stick to true Escoffier values and bring out the best of local talent with a five course tasting menu carefully prepared under the supervision and expert guidance of Chef Chris Salans. Surrounded by lush greenery and a charming ambiance, Mozaica is famous for its magical place, making it the perfect venue to host a unique event that celebrates five of Indonesia’s most talented chefs on the Balinese culinary scene – and Le Diner d’Epicure promises to deliver in full. .
Students of Escoffier Indonesia a culinary association dedicated to preserving the traditions of French cuisine and promoting culinary excellence. The event will feature Indonesian chefs. Bayu Retno Timur (Mandapa, Reserve Ritz-Carlton); This is Wayan Suweni (Mosaic Restaurant Gastronomy); I am Wayan Sunjardana (Akar & Sardine); Arief Wicaksono (forest), and Not even Diana (Vincent Nigita Patisserie).
